Alexander received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the College of Charleston, and then his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at American University before attending law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated with a concentration in Real Estate practice. Alexander also holds a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute. While attending law school, Alexander was the executive advisor to the Student Bar Association, president of the Real Estate Law Association, and was selected to work with the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic as a student attorney. Alexander is currently admitted to practice law in Maryland.
During College, Alexander worked with the real estate development firm Arthur Ravenel Jr. Company in Charleston, SC, Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative, and was the Private Equity Manager for the College of Charleston Investment Society. During the Summer of 2015, Alexander worked for the Honorable Judge Laura Ripken in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. After College, Alexander worked in the Dean’s office of American University Washington College of Law while he obtained his Masters in Business Administration.
Alexander has been with Hyatt & Weber since May 2020, and has worked on a wide range of matters from Investment fund formation and execution, to real estate tax appeal, to even mergers and acquisitions.
In his spare time, you will find Alexander spending time with his family and his puppy, Rudy, exploring Annapolis, out on the golf course, and even wakeboarding. Alexander is a graduate of Annapolis High School, and currently resides in Annapolis, MD.
