Steven guides his clients through the process of implementing an individualized and complete estate plan, which typically includes a last will and testament, trusts, advance medical directive, financial powers of attorney, preparation of deeds, and/or prenuptial agreements. He is frequently retained to provide legal counsel for the administration of estates and trusts, as well as provide representation when disputes arise between fiduciaries and beneficiaries.
Steven serves as an at-large member on the Baltimore County Planning Board. He was appointed by the Baltimore County Executive in January of 2019. The Planning Board makes recommendations regarding the county budget and weighs-in on land use and zoning matters in Baltimore County, Maryland.
Steven enjoys water sports, attending country music concerts, coaching youth baseball and soccer, playing softball, and rooting for our beloved Orioles and Ravens. He is married with two children.
