Shannon Waldron concentrates her practice on land use, zoning, and administrative law. She represents clients before the City of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Boards of Appeals, the City’s Planning Commission, and the County’s Office of Administrative Hearings.
Shannon has achieved accreditation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP™) with a specialty in Building Design and Construction (BD+C). The LEED AP™ with specialty credential signifies an advanced depth of knowledge in green building practices and specialization in a particular LEED Rating System. Shannon’s LEED designation allows clients to earn one point toward LEED certification for their projects. Shannon was the 6th attorney in Maryland to achieve LEED accreditation with this specialty.
